Birthday parties include:
*2 hours of private gym access
*Our birthday party room for eating and gift time
*A party host for set up/clean up/ serving
* Paper goods and party favors for up to 8 guests
*Additional adult size paper plates and utensils
*Use of all functioning tumbling equipment
*The cost for a 2 hour birthday party is $150.00
*A deposit is required at the time of booking in the amount of $75.00.
*Parties canceled by booking member within one week of party date will not receive the $75.00 deposit back due to blocking time for availability at the gym.
*Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
* We appreciate cancelation notice of atleast 24 hours in advance.
* Price includes up to 8 party guests including your birthday boy or girl.
All attending guests will be required to sign a waiver and release form at the time of entry. Any party guests refusing to sign a waiver and release form will not be allowed on the gym floor. At Xtreme Tumblers your party guests safety is our top priority.
